It’s important to all of us at Borobabi that your little ones play comfy and that you love your purchase! If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, we welcome returns and exchanges both online and in our stores.

Items may be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 90 days from the date of your purchase, accompanied with your proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase will receive Lifetime Credit worth of 20% of the original purchase value. ​


We welcome gift returns within 180 days of the purchase date for a merchandise credit, accompanied by proof of purchase. For all returns and exchanges, items must be in new, unwashed, unworn condition with all tags intact and attached. Clothing sets, toys, and accessories must include all related parts and pieces.​

gift returns

Every gift should be just right for you. If you received a gift from Borobabi that isn’t quite right, return the item(s) within 180 days of the original purchase date. You’ll receive a merchandise credit worth the price paid, with your proof of purchase. You can use the gift receipt OR the name of your purchaser and the date – either works to make your return!

You can return most in-store or online purchases within 90 days of the purchase date or 180 days of the purchase date for a gift return.

Borobabi gift cards can not be returned. Additionally, any clothing item that has been worn, washed, or does not have tags attached will be considered “worn,” and becomes eligible for our Lifetime Credit program. Customers who return a “worn” Borobabi garment won’t get full credit on a return, but WILL receive a lifetime store credit worth 20% of the original purchase price.

Your name, email, approximate purchase date, and your purchase location all help us to find your original transaction. ​


Returns made without a receipt will be fully refunded to the original form of payment if we are able to locate the purchase in our system,


If purchases are returned without your receipt, and we unfortunately cannot locate the transaction in our system, you will be eligible for Lifetime Credit. Reminder: that’s worth 20% of the item’s value(s) – no expiration.

Our merchandise credits do not expire.

Great Question! Merchandise returns are available for any purchase that you are unhappy with – whether the item does not meet your size, fit, or feel. Assuming your merchandise return meets our return policy criteria, we will provide a full refund to your original form of payment.

We’re proud to offer our Lifetime Credit program when your child outgrows any item purchased from our company. No matter the condition of the garment, a Lifetime Credit is worth 20% of your original purchase. We give Lifetime Credits in the form of an eGift Card that can be used for your next purchase.
